I will also have to listen to my own advice,
The journey travelled to quit isn't nice,
Forget the days, each minute is hard to win this event,
But for all your effort your a winner when your health isnt spent,
Everytime the beast runs up with a crave,
we must think of our health and the money we save,
all together we are giving it a go,
we will win you know,
each crave that comes to say hi,
will be kicked in the pants with a big goodbye.

When You Think You Are At Your Lowest
|
Sometimes you feel your worries are not worth to share
should I trouble another or will they even care?
There are times in our life that seem shadowed all around
troubles just keep adding to that mound
True friends will always want to know
and share the pain that you show
You dont have to carry the weight on your shoulders with you
we are here and happy to help carry it too
Maybe you think taking a step back will make it go away
but that will only take the sunshine from your day
To have given so much your emotions are drained
please lean on us until you let your energy regain
What you have done for me alone has surprised me so much and often made my day
Please remember we are here and care and want you to stay.

Why is the sky blue & filled with stars at night?
Why does the thought of facing another battle give us such a fright?
All the answers are within our reach and can be found
we first just have to pick ourselves from the ground
it all takes time and differs for us all
what is important is that we get up from our fall
my days of failing and hiding in shame are forever over
and no more excuses of gaining weight, how good is pavlova?
We are here for each other every single day
I am no expert but if in need send a post my way
we will keep fighting and congratulate those who have done well
its the only place that gives you a hand through hell!!

Falling in love is a miracle to enjoy so much
Special words, a feeling or a gentle touch
Emotions begin to melt when thought never to again
A place in your heart that ignites a glowing flame
To keep absorbing this gift each and everday
Requires your attention and care or it may fade away
Never think luck keeps love bound forever
It is romance, consideration and the effort you invest together
What you withdraw from the vault of love must always be replaced
As oneday when you visit there may just be an empty space
